I have seen other photos from photographers who have taken full moonrise pictures from this area.
Since I was in Maine at the time of the moonrise, I decided to head to Long Sands Beach to try to capture it above Nubble, and was I in awe when I saw it gently rising over the horizon!
As it rose, I kept snapping and moving my feet to capture it at various angles.
The paddle boarder who happened to ease his way into the frame was a nice added bonus and treat!
But folks, it was January! It must have been kinda cold out there, but sometimes it's not about the weather, but the experience, the exercise, getting out there, or whatever the reason may be....
